Alla is a CPA. Alla has over sixteen years of combined industry accounting and public accounting experience from the USA, Israel and Ukraine. Alla’s public accounting experience with Kustov & Associates and a large regional CPA firm includes auditing public and private manufacturing semiconductors and software developers, chemical distributors, venture capital firms and non-profit organizations in San Francisco Bay Area and Silicon Valley. Recently Alla has joined local CPA firm Kustov & Associates, where she is responsible for auditing and accounting practice.
Alla graduated from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, San Francisco with a Master's of Accounting and Financial Management and a Master's of Business Administration. In addition, Alla holds a Master's Degree in Industrial Engineering from Ukraine. Alla was also certified as Tax Advisor in Israel. Alla is an adjunct professor at School of Business and Professional Studies, University of San Francisco, and a co-chair of a non-profit committee of the Cal CPA, Peninsula chapter.
