Lisa Groover has been a member of ASWA for over five years and held the positions of Hospitality Chair, Membership Chair and President-Elect before becoming President this June.  She is an Account Manager with Ajilon Finance, a firm which specializes in placing accounting and finance professionals in San Francisco .  She has worked with Ajilon for five years and is based in downtown San Francisco .

Lisa grew up in Bakersfield , California and moved to Northern California to attend UC Berkeley.  While at Berkeley she earned her degree in English Literature and fell in love with the Bay Area.  She has lived in San Francisco since graduating and vows to never leave!  Lisa was married earlier this year at Ironstone Winery in the Sierra Foothills.  She loves to travel, read historical fiction and is planning to learn to oil-paint or watercolor later this year.
